We are pleased to have been awarded the TOP 100 2022 seal and to have convinced the jury in the 29th round of the nationwide competition as a think tank. Only particularly innovative medium-sized companies in Germany receive this award.
The core of the TOP 100 innovation competition is a scientific selection process. On behalf of the organiser compamedia, the innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined which companies fulfilled the criteria based on five categories (innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organisation, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success). Basically, the TOP 100 analysis is about the question of whether the participants' innovations are just a random product or are systematically planned and thus repeatable in the future. A special emphasis is given to the question of whether and how innovations and product improvements establish themselves on the market.
LPW Managing Director Gerhard Koblenzer: "Industrial production is changing and requires not only a correspondingly new mindset but also a high degree of willingness and ability to innovate. We have been meeting this challenge for years with our great team - among other things by anticipating the necessary change processes at an early stage, constant research and development work."
The award ceremony will take place on 24 June in Frankfurt/Main with science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar, who has accompanied the TOP 100 innovation competition as a mentor for eleven years.
